Each menu item is a balance of lean protein, low glycemic carbohydrates and tasty veggie combination that are completely customizable to suit any dietary preferences or allergies you may have.
All meals have a 6 day shelf life in the fridge and can absolutely be frozen and reheated at your convenience if you require a longer life span.
Delivery is complimentary and available within Vancouver's entire Downtown Core, Olympic Village, Mount Pleasant, East Vancouver, South Granville, Cambie, Kits, UBC, Shaughnessy & Richmond with expansion coming soon to North/West Vancouver & Burnaby.
